Ruby Red Rooibos gets the name from the color of the tea of course. The special unique blend of this tea delights your senses with a red berry taste with a earthy sage and vanilla finish. Ruby Red is sweet and divine, but also down to earth with the notes of sage and elder flower. This product does not contain nuts nor traces of nuts, but has a nutty like taste.

Red Rooibos or red bush is native to South Africa that is caffeine free and also free of tannins. Rooibos use as tea dates back to thousands of years within the African culture. Up until todays day, there has been extensive studies and clinical trials for what Rooibos benefits can be on the human body.
Mainly, Rooibos promotes cardioprotective health by stabilizing lipid profiles as well as being an amazing antioxidant. (Marnewick et. al., 2011). Researchers in one particular study in China suggests that Rooibos can be used for situations such as headache, mental and physical fatigue, irritability, and insomnia. (Wang et. al, 2021).

HOW TO USE
Serving size is one tablespoon per 8-10oz.
Using a tea strainer or disposable tea bag, steep one serving of tea in boiling hot water of your favorite mug/tea cup for 2-3 minutes or until desired strength.
